Olivia is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who specializes in working with adults and adolescents. Her therapeutic style is a blend of compassion, empathy, and candor. Olivia is passionate about fostering a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship with all of her clients. She believes that you are the expert on yourself and your life, and that her role is to utilize her education and experience to collaborate with you in your healing process. Her goal is to understand and honor your needs, and utilize a combination of modalities to best serve you. Olivia's priority is to provide a trauma-informed approach and is passionate about working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, interpersonal conflict, and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Alyssa is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate (LSWAIC) and Certified Trauma Support Specialist (CTSS) through Trauma Institute International. Alyssa received her Masters of Social Work at Walden University and her Bachelor of Arts in Society, Ethics & Human Behavior from University of Washington. Alyssa's passion for suicide prevention, trauma survivors, the LGBTQiA+ community and equitable mental health care are what has driven her desire to become a licensed clinical social worker. Drawing from a holistic perspective, she integrate's various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), empowerment and strengths-based approaches.
